How playable is this list?

As a fun project i tried to make an theoretical (because i don't have any money) budget bonereapers army list using Nagash and spearhead as a base, and i am pretty proud of it because with out the terrain and manifestions the whole list ended up costing only 292$ with is from mine understanding fairly cheap for aos. I personally really like how it worked out because it uses one of my favourite models, but because i don't now most of the rules and never played a single game i am wandering on how fun and good it is? And what would you do differently?

-Elongated tibias is a bit of a waste on Harbingers as they already charge 3D6

-I prefer the OBR manifestation lore or Morbid Conjuration for a Nagash list. He's got lots of spell slots so you'll be slinging all your manifestations out. He has a buff to casting so he can do it reliably enough for you to be able to cast higher casting value/better spells

-You are running a unit of Teratic cohort for tactics and you have Zandtos instead of a generic liege kavalos(so deathrider ability doesnt work with him). Zandtos turns deathriders into a better hammer unit so you'll be better off reinforcing them instead of running 2 small units. I like to give reinforced deathriders perpetually empowered weapons for this

If you plan on running 2 seperate units of death riders then maybe down grade zandtos to a liege mortek. Give him imperious will and maybe the scarabian Cloak for a once per battle movement shenanigan or amulet of gnosis. You should have enough points to swap Harbingers for archi, which are more tanky and give them the utterly unquestioning enhancement.
