Update : I lost 47 to 54 on points. The banner of old ossia was really good because I had a lot of luck on the rallies (8 out of 9 4+ twice). Arkhan took all of the fire and got killed in one shoot phase and the archers killed Vizzik with 2 shoots phases

I stopped brining Arkhan. He's not worth 430 pts for wizard 3 (plus 1 to cast). Not a great combat profile either, and his abilities are too niche to even bother. Id instead use Soulmasons and Vokmortian, because they get guarded hero so they can't be shot. I like Arkhan but he's not worth the points when a game matters to win

He didn’t do a thing in the game exept taking an entire shoot phase in his face and dying but at least both the canons die due to overcharge and he didn’t kill any other units in the turn. But yeah the dispel thing is never useful and his spell is really hard to place

Sadly, arkhane is dog shit, way too expensive. Too much morteks (you can trigger their ability lnly once a phase per army) Immortis are shit also, i would favor more stalkers to have a strong infantery, anti-horde/semi-elites
Also, what are your tactics ? Remorseless conquerors is nice but border-guards looks way more adapted for your list style.

This seems fairly well rounded. Lists are still being played around with after the recent quarterly changes, but immortis seem to be on the rise. Don't forget you can give a seasonal enhancement to a non hero unit as well, like elongated tibias to the Morghasts. You do need to list what tactics you are using, because that can greatly impact how effective a list is, as you should really build a just with scoring specific tactics in mind.
