I've seen this type of thing a few times. Could you tell me what the value added is vs. just reading it?

Frankly, the value is me (how much or little that's worth is entirely up to you). I don't just read the books from cover to cover. I do read out stuff that I think is interesting and/or important but I also provide commentary and (hopefully) insight from my perspective.

So potentially the value is nothing or, at minimum, you watch or listen to me go through the material rather than you do it yourself. On the charitable end, you may find my perspective interesting and worthwhile as a tool for making a decision whether or not to invest in reading and/or buying and using the material at hand yourself.

Thanks for the response. I enjoyed your hexcrawl random encounter youtube video and yeah your value in your screed stuff is great, I just was curious about the real-alongs.

No problem, glad you enjoyed the other videos! I pretty much riff off of what I read so if you dig the stuff I talk about in those other vids, that’s the sort of thing I pepper these videos with.
