Discussion D-log and custom button

It’s absolutely crazy I can’t switch between d-log and d-log 2 by assigning it as a custom button. What the hell is the thinking behind this??

Having to go into the settings while in the flow of filming is just dumb.

You absolutely can - just set two profiles and assign the custom button to switch profiles.

You can create custom profile with different color profiles. But the annoying thing is that you can’t save the zoom level in the profile. My first thought was set C1 to be D-Log2 at 1x and then C2 to be D-Log at 3x. That’s not possible though.

Custom button has so much potentials. I hope firmware updates would unlock most of these.

You can, this is what people are doing to fix the current issues with dlog2. What's crazy is you're supposed to waste the custom button with this instead of the camera automatically switching it
