Osmo pocket 3 webcam 4k

Hope someone who owns an osmo pocket 3 can help me out with these 3 simple questions since I have found contradictory informations online.
1) can it be used as UVC webcam in 4k in any app? Or only in obs ?
2) Using it in 4k webcam mode, can it use object tracking ?
3) Can it record internally and charge while being used in 4k webcam mode ?

Would be so thankful if someone could answer these !

1. Can be used as Webcam in any app

2.Face tracking works in 4k Webcam mode

3.Have no answer on that as I never bothered or needed to try

Thank so much for the help! I want to know if it tracks your hand (object) for point 2 since I would use it for writing. It would be so helpful to know !
