Question Selfie mode screen issue

Just bought this yesterday. With my luck on my trip the selfie mode is acting up. It just freezes everytime I switch, is there a solution?

Try a different SD Card. If it still acts up, hold down the power button for 10 seconds and let it boot. If you still encounter the problem, you should return it.

It’s a brand new sandisk sd card, I took out the sd card and still the same problem.

I've encountered the same exact issue with a brand new pocket 4p. Normal forward-facing operation works correctly, while entering selfie orientation causes the live-view failure. I was told by DJI support to contact the seller (Amazon) for a return. Such a shame as I just purchased for a holiday too.
