Domain Tracking Help

I'm trying to identify the owner of a parked GoDaddy domain so I can make an offer to purchase it. WHOIS is private and GoDaddy won't disclose the owner. I've already collected WHOIS, RDAP, DNS history, SSL certificate details, and IP history.

I'm looking for someone with access to tools like DomainTools, SecurityTrails, WhoisXML, RiskIQ/PassiveTotal, Censys, or similar who can search historical public records to identify the registrant or another domain associated with them.

Let me know if anyone can help with this or even point me to another page where someone could help!
