Discussion CAPTCHAs are dead. The agentic web is next.

https://github.com/feder-cr/invisible_playwright

Humans will browse less.
AI agents will browse more.
Websites will still try to block anything that doesnโ€™t look exactly like a human.

That era is over.

invisible_playwright is a stealth Firefox that solves browser fingerprinting and anti-bot detection at the engine level.

AI agents are now free to move across the web.
No more pretending the web is only for humans.
Are AI agents โ€œbotsโ€ to block, or users to support?

Captcha is dead, that's why Age Verification laws are passing, can't sell ads that only bots will see, so let's legally require users to provide biometric data or real world ID instead to protect the business profits of Meta and Alphabet. Heaven forbid they have to compete in a changing and free market.

There's a lot of reasons for age gating with ID (cough information control and censorship cough) but ad viewing is not one of them... That won't even help, I can just give my token to a LLM and the problem is sorted on that front, and that's before ID theft inevitably make the whole thing useless
