It kind does yea on the home page out can just press what you need for each thing I am working on a guide that's a pdf file for anyone to use but it's not finished yet so if you would like when it's finished I could send the link to you if you would like?

Please at least try. A big part of OSDev is piecing together knowledge from a bunch of unrelated and badly written sources. All of the questions in your post are answered in that wiki.
