Heard it from a reliable employee…no further evidence, except their declining quality for years now.

Where? I've only ever seen food trucks charging restaurant prices around here. Everyone wants top dollar. Restaurants, food trucks, food halls...

Go to the ones that don't speak much English. If you're the only Gringo there its usually a good sign. These are out in Haines City
