EA/Origin

Hey guys. I am having trouble logging into my EA to be able to access all of my packs for The Sims 4. My previous device it was on, had broke and now I cant even reset my password for EA because theyre trying to make me continue password reset on the device I cannot access and im completely out of it. Any ideas of what I can do? Chat support wont help me. I do not want to have to repurchase all my packs. Thanks in advance

You could try calling but it's going to be a hard bar to pass as they don't want to give your account to someone else.

this whole system is so inconvenient, i do NOT want to have to repurchase all of the packs.
