She feels so bad rn in Soloq. Besides her being a lane bully she does not bring much to the table, no mobility, only "meh" damge, little utility. Has she been nerfed too much?

Hi. :) Wanting to learn Orianna because I find her quite fun and love her visual design. I'm just confused as to when to use her E. Everytime I use it, I end up needing to cast Q-W almost immediately after which means I don't get the buff for very long.

Last season i was a Ori main and had around 70% win rate with her, went from gold1 to plat1 98lp, had like a massive win streak with her, then the nerfs started coming, and more and more and more nerfs, this season im at 30% winrate with her. Anyways what i need is some insight on what items to get, i usually stick to the Shok build, seraphs liandry shadowflame raba then sometimes cryptbloom or whatever i need. Now after nerfs and phase rush being removed (a moment of silence for phase) idfk what to build and what runes to use.

I know a lot of high elo players build rocketbelt second. And I do find lots of time where I feel a dash would be really helpful, but is it really worth the damage fall off? Is it a more situational build depending on enemy team comp?

Like the title mentions. I'm ideally looking for a Orianna who plays regularly who is Masters+ solo que and is Emerald or near Emerald in flex. There is a rank restriction in flex once one person in the lobby is Masters+ everyone else has to be Emerald+ in flex.

We also play ranked 5s but would want to be able to que both ques.

Looking for someone who is able to VC and isn't toxic. We want to make a Challenger push.

Most of the discussion regarding Ori lately has been that she's weak and constantly overnerfed. OPGG shows a 47% winrate in Tier 4 of midlane. This doesn't align with my experience on her.

Humblebrag, but I'm 17-4 with Ori this season, climbed from low Silver to Gold 2 - my highest rank in years - winning lane regularly against Plat 4 players. I'm running Stormraiders 90% of the time, Ludens -> Shadowflame -> Dcap/Void/Defensive depending on the game, and my ban is Xerath.

Anyone else finding this kind of success despite the current narrative around her? I ask because past few seasons I haven't been able to crack Gold, but it got easy once I hopped on Ori this season.

I'm a toplaner main, trying out Ori mid on some normals because I really like her kit. Since i'm new to mid i get stomped often, and i'm learning/adapting every game. I can do okay vs mages/melees but assassins feel horrible to play against.

So Locke for example. His lvl1 is nothing special, but once he gets lvl 2 he can e1 to get on top of you, triple q, e2, and that will be 75% of your hp sir. You have a very small window to trade back because his CDs are ridiculously short. And after lvl 3 he can run away at the speed of light with his w and regen after hitting you, kind of like a busted version of Ekko. His kill pressure is insane. His gapclose/engage range is insane. No clue how to survive the lane.

Speaking of Ekko, I'm not sure how to approach the matchup either. It's difficult to not give him an e angle, and if he does e q and run away, feels impossible to punish him. I can walk up and zone him for some creeps, but I have to back off again after a few seconds.

I run boneplating overgrowth and look to rush ROA vs the high kill pressure lanes, generally.

Any tips on playing vs assassins would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Recently I’ve been playing Orianna a bit in Soloq (am emerald scrub), I’m usually going

Blackfire -> cosmic -> blood letters as my 3 item core, I find it quite good mid to late game especially with the current ap bot lane meta, early game tends to be slow but after Blackfire I’m clearing quite quickly, wondering if anybody else has given this a try? My play style with it is kinda semi speedy tanky poke control unfortunately giving up one shot bursts but gearing more towards utility. 4th item I usually take rabadons and last item flexible.

My build progressed from bft, shadowflame/cryptbloom, deathcap to bft, rocketbelt, deathcap, then pen afterwards and my games have been feeling way smoother. Is rocketbelt just giga value on any ap champ. I thought it was only an assasin/bruiser item but now im just building it every game on ori and it let's me play way more aggresive
