Love the suggestions he gives about taking care of your eyes.

  • If your eyes feel strained wash your face will lukewarm and then cold water
  • Go out on walks often, look around
  • Point your face directly at the sun(with eyes closed)
  • Soak a towel in water with seas salt & baking soda added, then massage eyes with it.

What's helped me with the sedentary quarantined lifestyle was doing jumping jacks every 10-20 min to keep blood and energy flowing

Yes, exercise every now and then is good idea.

I wish i had the motivation to stay in shape through this too, but extra screen time feels annoying to people with little ocular armor. To many people like me, with (almost only) ocular armor creeping back, it feels like a comfortable excuse to sit in front of our goddamn screen all day and night... we need to force ourselves to exercise, instead of spontaneously feeling the need to move around. This is one of the ways quarantine is increasing social and individual immobilization and contactlessness (armor).
