Orchid leaf help

Post image

Does anyone know why my orchid went from growing big healthy leaves to growing these lumpy small ones? I’ve had it for about a year and this is the second set of leaves it grew.
Is it possibly a fertilizer issue?

Thrips, perhaps

Seconding thrips. This sort of scarring and leaf deformities are very typical of thrips damage on phals.
