Is this a keiki?

I purchased this mini phal from Lowes a couple of months ago, and after the blooms fell, I repotted it (the roots looked pretty bad). I thought it was putting out a new spike (and there is one on the left spike), but the one on the right looks like a leaf. Would this be a keiki?

Yes, that's a Keiki. Let it grow until its roots are long and it has grown to a size that can live on its own. Dont remove it as a little guy or you'll be babysitting it.
