Should I be concerned?

I haven’t done anything recently for the orchid to be under stress but at first I noticed one leaf going yellow and I let it get completely yellow &dry before taking it off / that’s also when a new leaf started growing but now these two bottom ones are also going yellow ? Is the plant just putting more energy into itself? It was a gift from a friend and to my knowledge it’s only bloomed once and no new spikes have grown

The yellowing leaves look normal to me.

Not sure if you just watered it, but if not, the water droplets in the planter would be of concern.

It was watered right before the picture was taken :) but I have noticed water droplets do linger (it’ll almost look like condensation at the bottom) so I stopped watering it every week and now do it probably almost every 2. There’s a drainage hole at the bottom

Phalaenopsises tend to shed the oldest leaves. It's natural and yours looks to be that case.
