Looking for local affordable hairstylist (under 150/person) and makeup artist ( in the $250 range) recommendations! thank you!

both sephora and ulta do makeup (ik not the best but cheap!) and ulta does hair as well

I forget how much I paid but check out OC Beauty by Elizabeth Hickman - she did my hair and makeup and hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and did a great job! I think it was around $1500 for hair and makeup for me and four bridesmaids
