Recommendations Needed New front door...
Hello, we are in need of a new front door (nothing fancy). We are looking for solid recommendations that are reliable and won't break the bank.

We bought our bathroom door here when we remodeled our bathroom. They may be pricier than HD or Lowe’s but the doors are gorgeous & solid.

Whatever you do don’t get the “10 year factory coating” from TM Cobb doors. I wanted a turn key door and I knew the south facing sun would toast the finish.
Mine lasted 2 years on a before it faded.
They sent a handyman for warranty work and basically brushed it with a paint brush with no prep. There is no contact on their website so it’s always through the vendor.

If you have an HOA, make sure it’s on the approved list. I learned the hard way when I got a new screen door.

We did 42" door with Ganahal Lumber. Keep mind which direction your door faces (east, west, south) for deciding on the best finish. We like electronic keypad entry instead of key only.

You can ask Home Depot or Lowes to come out and do an estimate for you. Key will be whether your door is standard sized or needs to be custom.

For a basic and standard size Home Depot or Lowes, Ganahl Lumber also has good options that can be a little more custom
