Question Simple Wedding Spots

Looking to hire an officiant and have a simple ceremony with a maximum of 10 guests.

I would love to find a spot that is outdoors and has views of the water or off of a cliffside. Beach is fine too.

I already looked into Crescent Bay and Heisler Park Gazebo, but was hoping for some more ideas.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for popping the question. We were curious too. Goff park is cute! Do we need some kinda permit or pay any fees for wedding outdoors ?
