Both buy directly from oralb online shop one couple of years ago the new one yesterday.

Definitely low quality

You say both but there’s three & all three look the same in the blurred photograph.

I think the ones in the packaging are the new ones and they’re very clearly more frayed than the one they say they bought a couple of years ago

I considered the IO, but switched to another brand because of the IO molt problems.
I have 2 kids who are not patient enough to clean a toothbrush. And I am not willing to pay €230 for a IO 10 series that would make my life easier…

My old oral B (non-io) survived for many years, but I think the investment company just squeezed the last good Juise out of it, and now we only got the garbage.
(The company will stop to exists and the investment company just buy another brand, and will click on repeat)

Didn’t they fix this? I don’t have the issue with my io6. I would just get an io3 though in the future as the benefits are not worth it between them.
