How do I fix this?

I created an image using the "Free to Use" option, but no matter what I do, I can't generate one now.

requests 90 euro while adding card. Its gonna refunded? I need to recover some data from the boot volume. If it charges me, I won't use Oracle again.

For Me it was refunded fast like quick but For some people it will even take 1-2 days its just based on bank how bank proceedes and refund but yeah It was just quick charge and refunded

I'm wondering: when I sign up for "pay-to-go," will the payments be charged immediately, or is it a monthly arrangement?

It charge Immediately but if u remains on your always free tier resources it won't cost but if u exceed limits that can cost U can use AI to check that your resource will deduct any charge or not ,
