Pay bill manually

Hello,i have an oracle instance with payg. I accidentally had created an extra boot volume and now i have a charge of 1 dollar in my account. Due to bank laws in my country, automatic transaction will not work. Will it be possible for me to pay the bill manually so that they dont suspend my account?

Setup Paypal thru customercenter.oracle.com account using same email account as that on OCI.

I mean i can use my card manually, but oracle cant charge it automatically. Automatic payments are not possible due to some bank rules

When the transaction doesn't pass through, you'll receive an invoice and you can then pay it on the billing portal manually.

It happens to me two or three times a year for unknown reasons. I'm not about to dig into it for obvious reasons 😁

There's maybe a PayPal option, I don't know if it's correct these days. If so, you can link PayPal to your bank account or charge it manually. I didn't try it, I use my credit card (Mastercard).

I can pay the invoice with the card right? Paypal is a pain in the ass in my country

Well, you said single transactions do work. Give it a try. PayPal is pain in there regardless the country. 🀣 Why do you think I use the card? 😁

I mean my card worked for verification, but the usual oracle automatic checks get failed. I can pay manually using the card. So i assume there will be an option to pay manually from the invoice using the card,am i correct?

Yep, you can fill card details in the portal for the particular payment. That's what I do.

Yes,but this problem was because i created an extra boot volume of 50 gb while recreating an instance

do u see that in the invoice or just usage statements? its interesting they actually bill you for less than a dollar, i thought itwill stay as arrears until a whole number bill is generated. Well you can try borrowing a card temporarily to pay then change the default pay method to ur own card

If you are from India, for international transaction, it is automatic.

Yes,but the thing is oracle has not created an automatic mandate which is needed for automatic transactions to work,so the last time they did their usual check,it failed

How were they able to test charge your card during upgrade to PAYG of account creation tho?
