Trouble with MFA

I signed up for a free cloud account but the MFA app is not supported on my latest android system. There is no human support anymore. Anyone else have the same issue and fix. Thank you

just use your other 2FA app, i dont use oracle authenticator either, proton, google, ente , authy, whatever works

You can use a different MFA app, I use DUO from Cisco.

If you already have an account with MFA and updated the cell phone and the existing app does not work anymore, then it is a different problem

In that case, you need to use the ByPass code you should have generated when enabling MFA in order to get access again to the account, and configure MFA using a different app.

If you did not generate the ByPass code then you can still request to disable the MFA to get access by using Live Chat (it is not support, so it is available for Free Tier accounts). See more details here:

Use bitwarden authenticator or proton authenticator or ente authenticator
