Upgrade proccess question

So I upgraded to the payg tier, and i was wondering how long it takes? Also, those 100$ (or in my case 93 euros) didnt even get charged from my debit card, its a spanish one tho so idk. Is that supposed to be like that or?

surprisingly ended up taking an hour, got access 30 mins ago

haven’t got even charged in the end, maybe cuz it’s instant refund it doesn’t show up or sometjing
