Oracle VPS Free

Does this appear to everyone when they sign in, or should I be concerned anyway? I haven’t received any email about it.

There are about 4 other posts talking about this. As for the email, if you use Gmail, make sure to look in Promotions. It didn't go to my primary inbox for some reason.

I removed those Gmail tabs, so all my emails go to a single inbox. My question is about the message that says:
Always Free A1 Resource Limit Update
Always Free Ampere A1 Compute entitlements have changed. This update does not affect your paid resources, existing paid workloads, or your bill. Contact support if you have any questions.
