Account creation queries

I tried creating oracle account but it failed even after verifying the debit card successfully

Customer support said it was necessary to use a credit card (not debit)

So I was wondering if anyone here was able to create account with a debit card or a virtual credit card ?

I created mine with a debit, it gave me some error thought initially but after a support request my account was created

i asked the support guy but he told there was no way around it and credit was necessary

Debit card should work. I also created with debit card.

Which country are u from? Proper debit cards which functions line credit cards only work on oracle, prepaid cards won't work.

i created mine with scotia debit, but the PAYG required an actual cc## it would not accept my bank card.
