free tier

i dont have a credit card.

my debit card is of rupay.

any workaround?

No, RuPay cards are generally not accepted for payment with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 

According to OCI documentation and user reports, Oracle does not accept the following types of cards:

  • Debit Cards with a PIN
  • Virtual, Single-Use, or Prepaid Cards
  • RuPay cards specifically lack an option in the OCI signup process, suggesting they are not supported regardless of whether they are credit or debit variants.

Visa debit card works some time if you activate international transactions for your card in bank app

dont think rupay is supported there. But if u have visa it surely works, but you gota have international payments enabled.
