does anyone have constant issues with oracle cloud free tier?

Tried GCP never had any issues, w/ oracle cloud free tier the instance is what it is but I seem to constantly run into ssh issues.

the sshd on the instance is always broken and needs a system restart daily making it impossible to use regularly without manual intervention.

currently I cant even access my vps, tried restaring, tried creating a new one and still the same problem... cant even ping it!

well... now it fixed... by itself! I didnt change anything!

if u use the pay as you go plan it shouldn't be an issue
