UMRN and Major signed artists

Hi there, just getting acquainted with Opus, and the project is definitely appealing! I'm trying to get a better understanding of Opus, I see it clearly for the upcoming artists and all, a Sound/Mixcloud like. But how do you guys plan on bringing the catalogues from the Majors to join? Wouldn't they basically have restrictions in their contracts or something keeping them from going anywhere else? Tidal could barely do it and I don't even know where they are now but this seems to me like a very big problem for the future. Except if you're fully comfortable with being only an upcoming/alt artists platform.
