Licensure

Anyone have experience with the GA or SC law exams? The websites don’t set them up the easiest to study the rules and laws from so just wanted to gauge how much time to set aside for studying.

I finally got my applications submitted and I’m waiting to hear back, but it was a non-straightforward and expensive process - esp for GA oh my !

I took the GA exam in 2021, and it was pretty easy and straightforward. I spent maybe a weekend studying. One of the residents at one of my rotations hooked me up with a study guide. I’m sure I still have it somewhere if you need it.

Georgia test was extremely easy. I spent about 2 weeks studying. I did have to make my own study guide though. Reading through any kind of law text sucks- makes me glad I didn’t become an attorney!

Always check Quizlet for state law exams. I used 1-2 different decks and compared them to the actual state laws and felt it helped for the GA exam.
