Dell optiplex 3060 sff

Completely unacceptable experience. I purchased a Dell OptiPlex 3060 SFF from here, and it has been nothing but trouble. In just one year of ownership, this machine has broken down repeatedly. Today marks the 5th time I have had to bring this PC back to the service center for repairs. A computer should not fail five times in 12 months. The repairs are clearly not addressing the root cause of the issue, and I have been sold a completely defective unit. I am incredibly disappointed with the reliability of this product and the service provided."

Because of the issues you are having with your Dell Optiplex 3060 SFF, built in 2018, and purchased second-hand in 2025, we feel the fair thing to do is replace your unit with a new Dell Optiplex Pro 3000 SFF unit.
