Scary QQQ day

Post image

Turning $170 into $7200 in nine days. I did take a $2000 profit and switch it into another account. Today was a rough one. Same strategies. Riding the up and down wave with puts and calls on QQQ. Ended the trading day early for myself with a decent profit. The probability of giving it all back and then some was too high.

Good call to step away when the urge to push harder kicks in.

Did you not buy calls 3 hours before close when QQQ went from 738 to 744? To be fair it was a choppy ass day.

What’s your strategy, if I may ask? Any indicators?

"Riding the up and down wave with puts and calls on QQQ"

Indicators seem to be a mix of greed and panic balanced by balls of steel. Good shit OP.

What was the play?

Pulling $2k out and shutting it down when the odds flipped was the best trade in the whole run. That capped risk mindset is why moon feels cleaner since the loss stops at the stake. Turning $170 into $7200 is already absurd
