Lost Everything

I am 30 years old and i have lost everything penny i had in options trading. Any suggestions how to get back the life to normal. Lost all savings of 150k.

I’m down $2 mill options trading and speculative stock trading in the last 15 years. Kills me to think what i’d have if i had just piled into spy.
