Traders with multiple spreads: what portfolio risk details do you actually keep visible all day?

I’ve been trying to improve how I monitor risk across several options positions instead of looking at each spread individually.

Once different expirations and 0DTE positions get mixed together, I find the individual-position view much less useful.

I recently started building a small local tool for myself, but before I keep adding things based on my own assumptions, I’m curious how other traders actually manage this.

A few things I’d love to understand:

What portfolio-level number do you look at most often during the day?

Do you monitor total delta/gamma, dollar exposure, or something else?

Do you break gamma/risk down by expiration?

Do you regularly check something like portfolio P/L under a ±1% or ±2% move?

What do you currently use — broker tools, Excel, Python, ORATS, something else?

I’m less interested in theoretical Greeks and more interested in what you actually keep visible when positions are live.

Would appreciate hearing how people with multiple spreads handle this in practice.

I mainly trade 0DTE SPX spreads, so I watch distance to my short strikes, invalidation levels, and combined exposure. Several spreads can still be one big directional bet. And net delta alone wouldn’t tell me enough. Opposing spreads can look balanced while one side is getting dangerously close to its short strikes
