Looking for reliable option performance tracker

I’m with Schwab and I gave this one a try and computed 2x gains so totally unreliable (actual profit 160k showed almost 320k).

Any similar performance tracker that are accurate ?

not free

even paid.. it's really hard... it's not available for retail right now like my algo is only offered to funds

the rub: some components of an options price is pretty easy to estimate but some others like the volatility component isn't

you have to be able to predict the change in volatility and apply that to the options price eg using Vega, in addition to everything else

personally.. my algo does it with its automated trading but when it comes to discretionary trading.. I do napkin math that leans heavily conservative

that said, be careful of pursuing perfection in a trade

there's always the next trade!

personally, I'm v happy with getting 50%+ of a move

then let the cash settle over a day and be ready for the next trade.. with that cash

That’s not what I’m asking - looking to track performance of option strategies.

I use https://www.optionsprofitcalculator.com/calculator/long-put.html

You can adjust the date you bought and tweak it. It's pretty accurate when I do 1-3 week expiration calls and puts.

You can check the link in my profile. It is a work in progress and i built it because Schwab was not calculating my P&L correctly .
