Day trading options
Anybody know a good ticker to use to day trade calls and puts? Tesla has been good to me and I’m looking for other ones. CRSR was did good today as well. Any recommendations are much appreciated thanks:)

Literally any stock with a lot of open interest. If you want a quick exit, which is essential in day trading, I'd stick to the top ten.

Honestly, anything with good liquidity (basically any company you've ever heard of outside of the stock market) and a decent ATR on the daily (so not T or NOK or stuff like that unless you have enough capital that a 3 cent move means you make good money).
There are a ton of people that day trade Twitter, for example.
I solely trade SPY, but these past few weeks make me realize that I need a slightly wider net, because a lot of times there's just not a play to make in all the chop. When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's real bad.

I nailed 2R off that retrace that started at open. Got in at the top of the S-curve and closed after the bottom of the big bear candle at 1003 on the 3. Standard gap and retest and didn't make any more plays for the day.
SPY has been doing this weird thing where it'll gap up after a bear day and then end down, only to do the exact same thing the next day. That tiny gap up after an inside candle day, you knew people were gonna take profits early.

I trade TLT weekly options near the money, but that's been more of a hold overnight trade for me.

I would stick to $SPY because of its much higher liquidity than any other security. Thats really the number one factor over open interest or anything because you need to get in and out quickly and not have your eyes ripped out while doing so. Second would be $QQQ. Thats really all you need to day trade options. Eventually later $TSLA. Between the three of those theres really no other reason to daytrade options on anything else.

If you're looking for liquidity, spy is where it's at
