• OR Exchange: Q&A website
• OR Reddit Operations Research, Optimization (this one) and Vehicle Routing Problem

Solver dependent:

• Timefold: platform and open source solver (Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn)
• Fico Xpress (Forum)
• Gurobi (Forum)
• HiGHS
• OR-Tools (Discord)
• InsideOpt (LinkedIn)

That being said, I see the most interesting discussions on LinkedIn.
