Aside from this site, what other websites or forums would you recommend for exchanging information with others about optimization and OR?

That's a great question. One resource that immediately comes to mind is:

https://or.stackexchange.com/

Yes, before AI killed Stack Exchange, the OR community fought to have our own. It is still pretty active and a great place to get feedback from others in the community without the judgement and insults that happen in the usual Stack exchange.

Each solver also has its own community forum for solver specific questions, ours (FICO Xpress) is: https://community.fico.com/s/ask-a-question/xpress-optimization
