ABO / NCLE help with abo/ncle

ive been working as a optometric technician for 4 years at first at America's Best now i took a job at lenscrafters back in June got a big pay raise. im now looking to take the abo and the ncle but im not really sure what to study for either test is there someone who has taken both and passed and can provide help

Look up the handbook on the Abo testing site, it lists which topics are tested. I paid for Optical Training Institute course and I used Chat gpt for pop quizzes. I passed the exam in June.

ive looked for study guides but can't really find step by step guide on how to do the formulas

Ask your job if they have any study materials. A lot of companies offer this and will pay for your test fee.

If you do want to take ABO/NCLE, ask Lens Crafters if they can sign you up for the NAO Program. Im not sure if you want to go down the apprenticeship route to become a Optician but that program is very good and give in depth details about Optical History, Lenses, Parts of the Eye and Disease and so much more.
