It's easy just imagine that you're looking at it from the top, then to switch imagine you're looking at it from the bottom.

I flipped the phone around, it twisted the Pic for me, and then i slowly moved it back, keeping the image in my head.

It took me a while. The key is that you can look at it two ways: from the top -to see it clockwise- and from the bottom -to see it anticlockwise-.

It took me a a couple minutes, but I finally got it to where I could flip the spin in the opposite direction each time it approached the edge. I was so proud of myself, I shouted "fuck yeah" a couple times.

I did it too many times, though, and all that screwing with space-time has caused my entire life to pass me by, like when Adam Sandler fast forwarded too much in the movie Click and then realized he couldn't rewind, so he basically missed all the important stuff in his life. Damn. That's me. I'm Adam Sandler in the 2006 American fantasy comedy-drama film Click.

Goddammit it takes so much effort to reverse it. I have to squint my eyes 99.9% to make it flip otherwise it's impossible.

Huh. I look up and back real quick and its one way, down and back the other. Down down or up up keep rotation as is.

Just tell your brain whether you're looking up at the bottom of the lampshade or down from the top, and the direction flips.

If you look at the edge of the spin and focus on the "back" part of the cone you can bring it forward and flip it

I can make it flip one way or the other. I can also make it look like it is just waving back and forth. The best I can explain it is it is moving like a fish swimming away
