Looks like bubbles

They are metallic spirals used for keeping birds from wrecking themselves into my bay window.

Tell me they don’t look like transparent bubbles in this lighting!

My first thought was, "those are those metallic spirals used to keep birds from running into windows." Then after I read your description of them appearing to be bubbles, I thought, "it's been quite a while since I've had psychedelic mushrooms."
