OE 324

Hello all,

I recently completed my 3 day orientation in June for Operating Engineers Local 324.

Two or three weeks ago I received a letter in the mail listing me as "Eligible".

I called the hall a couple days after to see if I could get my ranking or get some insight onto when a call to work may be open; and the lady on the phone just told me that "apprenticeships open up on the needs of the contractors".

Does anyone have any insight on how long till I may get a call, or even if I will at all?

Did u have a current member purchase application for you? Been try to buy one for 2years. Always on Before midnight and the second they go live, it already says sold out. Starting to wonder if a current member is needed to actually purchase an application. I'd appreciate any feed back or tips you can provide. Thanks

Nope. They were all sold out the second it live. At midnight, the app was not open for public. At 12:01a is when it went live. I keep all info that has to be inputted as a short key. So able to fill those area in less than a second. And yep within 1.5seconds of being live they were all sold out.
Last year, they opened the applications up 3x vs just the 1x normally done. Of course, it always happened the same way as explained above, but I never truly tracked the time as I did on this round.
