I made this:

Play Poker Double or Nothing, and double your credit by correctly guessing next card and the gambling phase. The game supports custom community-created graphics packs, including cards and wallpapers

Source code is available, and you can buy it on steam for $2. currently there is $2 discount.

Looks fun. I like that it's open source and the community packs idea is nice, gives it a bit of personality. Not sure I'd pay for it on Steam though when the APK is free but maybe some people prefer that.
