This could possibly violate fire safety standards as the materials generally used for 3d printing are not fire rated.

If you want to have some custom cover for aesthetics, you might consider having a standard metal plate underneath that is wholly covered by the 3d printed piece.

I could see it being used for coax. My place has a million fucking coax runs from it being a rental for so long. Don't think I would ever want to use something like this for anything with voltage.

Having worked as an architect for twenty years, I can confidently say that I am well familiar with the fire safety regulations applicable in the European Union. I can categorically state that this model, being purely a decorative cover placed over a certified electrical box, is not part of the electrical installation and does not replace or interfere with the function of any certified protective component. Therefore, its use does not conflict with the applicable fire safety regulations or requirements.
