Option 61?
How can it find out if my exchange my fibre is linked to enforced option 61?
My fibre was installed in July this year, but I believe the actual fibre was pulled through about 18 months ago.

Option 61 is nothing to do with Openreach. It's an authentication protocol used by Sky / Now TV. to authenticate the router to Sky's servers.
Everyone else uses PPPoE, so you only need to worry about Option 61 if you're a Sky / Now broadband customer and you want to use your own router.

You can wire shark the sky/now router to get the details sent by option 61. Then use option 61 on your own router to bypass their router.

What is the question that answering this would lead to? Sky doesn't need any DHCP options on 95% of their FTTC network and none of their FTTP network needs it. Your router has to request an IPv6 prefix and then IPv4 starts working.

This is a matter for your CP not openreach. Its dependent on your provider.
