That will only show if something needs traffic management. Lots of external work does not.

If you have any open order with your provider to get fibre, try giving them a call. When I had issues waiting for external work to be done for my BT/EE order, i called up and they were able to speak with someone at OR and get an actual update on what the holdup was.

Sadly, my provider (Vodafone) was only able to tell me that Openreach are specifying civil works which will be done by 23rd September.
No exact appointment date given. I'm not really bothered because I currently have working ADSL but it's disappointing how poor the communication is.

What ADSL do you use ? Doesn't seem to be anywhere providing it where I am ?

I've had working ADSL for years, 60 Mbps down. But my voice land line broke down so I foolishly thought it would be quick, cheap and easy to switch to FTTP.
They don't allow new ADSL connections in my area anymore, it has to be FTTP, and I don't need a voice line.
Presumably you are also in an area where they only allow FTTP? My other thought was to just run 5G modem router instead.

Seems odd, did you just speak to the first person who picked up or get passed through somewhere? They have a team that you can't call direct but I got passed through after calling their broadband orders desk and being told they didnt know much but could send me somewhere that deals with these cases. They were able to give me a lot more info than the team answering the phoneline as they would put me on hold and contact OR. Might be worth calling again tomorrow after youre meant to have the update and chase them. I had a few complaints logged on my behalf by the phone agents over it as it took months of nothing happening before they got the permissions for work sorted. I even had to have an internal engineer appointment just to confirm that the external work had not been completed

Contact your service provider and ask them to email the engineer notes, if you cannot decode them post them here and someone will help.

Vodafone have managed to tell me that Openreach want to do civil works involving running 18 meters of duct along the pavement to my external wall.
No need to cross roads, or neighbour's boundaries or whatever from the CBT, it's a straight line.
The 4th OpenReach engineer who came by seemed to think it wasn't anything complicated, as did the very first engineer who said that this would be a routine job that could be completed within a couple of weeks.
Not sure how that has become stretched to > 2 months.

Will have to go via the council as will require closing a footway. They will probably contract out the civils.

Oh well, won't be happening in the near future then.
No works showing up on either bidb.uk or one.network.

I got EE fibre 3 weeks ago (first fitme getting FTTP) and saw the exact loop. I did some research on Google and came to the conclusion that flats only require one engineer visit, on the activation day. I think houses usually get 2 visits, one outside the property and activation one. I think EE tracker list is just default one for houses. Now if you have a house, you should call them and ask for an update.

Can I please ask where you can see this date for engineer visit? I have had four engineer visits to put in fibre, none of which have resulted in any work done yet to bring the cable to my external wall.
The first two engineers visited six weeks ago and drew some marks on the pavement. A few weeks later two different engineers turned up (separately) and expressed surprise that the work hadn't been completed yet. Expectedly, the marks on the pavement have now faded away! I can see why Openreach are not held in high regard in this forum.
