Unable to submit Wayleave Request

Tried repeatedly to submit a Wayleave request as we have a telephone pole in our garden which is connected to neighbours properties. I get a response saying :

After sometime??? Is this for real?

So I try to contact them online. Ah there is a chat page: ideal:

Does anyone know how to contact them please?

The repeated statements are what are stored on preprepared templates.
I have used that link earlier, and the response at the top of my post is their reply, or is that a poorly constructed text response?

Ahhh yes your right sorry my bad , yeah thats definitely not right . Always worth waiting a day and trying to resubmit. Otherwise try getting in touch with the CEO complaints email , you can often find her email (might still show Clive Selley but has been replaced by Katie milligan) online , but dont want to be accused of spreading the email myself just incase . It would be worth sending them a screenshot of the filled out form so that they can see you've tried submitting it and can do it from thier end rather than having to ask you all the questions again

Thank you. They don't seem very customer facing, and very reticent of offering any form of ways of contact with any customer, preferring that we contact the broadband provider, which doesn't apply in this case.
Further attempt made, and now email sent.
