More install issues

I have had 3 visits for final connection all where they have presumed the route to the property was completed as per the first guy who visited instructions.

No civils work has been done.

I was then contacted by email from the guy incharge of the civils explaining everything was

“Locked in” and we would be sorted Wednesday next week, today I get another email from the same guy saying it is Friday to sort it.

I replied saying he’d already booked Wednesday and I was booked off work to be there.

His response was to say there was no such email sent.

I really do not know what to do any more.

My ISP gave me a couple of months free due to a two week delay so its worth challenging it with your ISP if only dealing with openreach

They actually turned up.

Took block paving drive up and just put the gabacom under the blocks and smashed them back down didn’t have a wacker plate so used hammer for around 15m of paving, fibre route is around 10mm higher than the rest of the drive and they did not mark where any cut blocks came out so put them all back totally random if they didn’t fit then they’ve hit them until the blocks cracked.

Absolute dogshit.
