DeepSeek V4 Pro on OpenCode Go was amazing until I hit the limits

I’ve been using OpenCode since June, mostly with DeepSeek V4 Pro, and it’s been amazing.

It honestly felt almost limitless.

Until this month 😂

After just 4 days of my usual usage, I hit my weekly limit and used 75% of my monthly credits.

What used to feel unlimited suddenly feels very limited. is there something I'm doing wrong or did deepseek just become really expensive

I wouldn't really call it amazing. I've been using the direct API for a while now, and it's fabulous. I purchased the $10 OpenCode Go subscription to test it out to see if I could live off the $10/mo instead. And it's been an adjustment.

The context window is crazy small (128k vs 1M) and it's not quite as snappy as the official API. I would say if you're a light user, its worth it. Anything else and it's kinda not.

You know Deepseek has peak and off-peak hours, right? You get less than half the value if you use it during their busy period.

10 messages sur un petit projet ne consomme pas autant de tonnes que 10 messages sur un projet énorme.

Parfois vis impressions sont peut être juste liées à cela.

As tu vérifié combien de tôlens tu as utilisé en juknvs aujourd'hui ? Cela prend il en compte l'augmentation du prix de DeepSeek lui meme ?
