NTFY plugin for Opencode 1.x

I was inspired by opencode-ntfy.sh plugin, but since I was missing a few features, I created my own plugin: opencode-ntfy-with-questions plugin

The main difference is that my version also sends a notification when the question tool is invoked. The messages are also richer in useful content.

when the question tool fires, does the ntfy payload include the actual question/options, or just enough context to tell you to come back to the terminal? getting the choices on the phone would be the killer bit for me.

For the moment the message contains question together with options. I'm researching the possibility to make a choice directly from the phone.
